Changing the oil on many Japanese cars is a chore because of the filter location (on my MX5 you have to be double jointed just to reach filter and then hope you can loosen it). This kit that moves the oil filter to the bulkhead, or your choice of another convenient location, for quick and simple filter changes as well as all the advantages listed above.
