Radiator Expansion Tank Kit

Fitting is simple: Find a suitable place to vertically mount the tank. Attach one end of the hose to your radiator overflow outlet and the other end to the lower inlet pipe. The top outlet pipe is a breather, although for neatness you could also attach a hose to drop down to the ground. (If you run a custom-built system with a swirlpot then the top pipe would be connected to the swirlpot)

The hose supplied (easily cut in half with a knife) is enough to do both these jobs in most applications, but if you need more hose it is readily available 1/2" internal bore, available everywhere - we can supply it in rubber, silicone, and stainless overbraided.

Most cooling systems are filled from the top of the radiator, but if yours is filled via the expansion bottle then unscew the cap and fill to the top of the sight gauge.
